Official school improvement plans are a requirement to qualify for federal, state, local and sometimes even foundation grants and other funding — including Title I, Title II and other government at-risk programs that help the most vulnerable students in your school and community.
EduGuide has some sample school improvement plan language, if you’re thinking about using our nonprofit, evidence-based program to narrow achievement gaps, increase graduation rates, improve climate and culture, and build college and career readiness.
